Why Use Our Services
It is a fact Clients would rather focus on those core activities that add value
to their business than on those that do not but tie up their scarce resources.
Where a client’s needs involve expansion
of operating capacity by way of building new facilities, rehabilitating existing
facilities and/or modifying existing facilities, the challenge to ensure that
this need is achieved within its capital expenditure budget requires proven and
trusted expertise in the whole life costing of the built asset.
Faced with this challenge, Clients have traditionally sought quantity surveying
services, directly through an independent quantity surveying firm or indirectly
through other consortium type arrangements. In either form, the client still
pays a disproportionate level of fees in comparison to the services provided.
Traditional fee structures are based on the quantification of the presumed
services as at the bid date. These presumed services are then converted into a
fee proposal which the client pays whether or not the outturn service does or
does not add value to the client’s business.
At Afripower, our approach is
different. Our fee structure is linked to the value added by our services.
Our Service Concept
Our Clients are guaranteed their experience of our services and the outcome from
using us shall more than exceed their expectation commensurate with the service
level agreement (SLA) jointly agreed at the outset.
